Payments

Full payment must be taken to secure a place; this is to be made at the time of booking or within 7 days of the booking if paying by cheque.

Payment must be received before the first lesson is taken to guarantee a place.

Splish Splosh accepts all major credit and debit cards, except American Express.

Notice of Absence

Where ten lessons have been booked Splish Splosh allows two lessons to be deferred providing 24 hours notice is given to the office. Informing teachers directly is not allowed as they are unable to record the details.

Deferral of lessons is provided at the discretion of Splish Splosh Senior Management.

Notice given less than 24 hours before the lesson will not be valid, irrespective of the reason. A notice can be given via text message, email, telephone call or an answer machine message.

‘On Hold’ Policy

Splish Splosh reserve the right to decide if a place can be put on hold due to medical reasons or other personal circumstances. Where necessary, a copy of a doctor’s note may be required to validate any claim.

Cancellation Policy

Splish Splosh reserve the right whether to refund or transfer monies resulting from cancellation. Splish Splosh must be informed at the office by telephone, email or letter providing name, lesson time, venue details and reason for cancellation. Informing teachers directly is not allowed as they are unable to record the details.

New Starters

Written confirmation is required at least 7 days in advance of the course start date. An administration fee equivalent to the cost of three lessons will be deducted from any refund that you are due.

Existing Customers

If you wish to leave the course of swimming lessons after starting you must contact the office. Splish Splosh encourage parents to attend for three lessons before leaving a course of lessons, therefore, if a refund is agreed it will be a maximum equivalent to the cost of seven lessons.

Renewal Policy

Customers must pay for a new course of lessons before the ninth lesson is taken to guarantee a place is retained. It is the responsibility of the customer to keep track of lessons taken and remaining. Splish Splosh will endeavour to remind customers by letter when they are due to renew.

Splish Splosh reserves the right to cancel a booking if no payment is received by the ninth lesson. Where customers continue to take lessons without paying for them Splish Splosh will take all necessary steps to recover the monies owed.
